From time commitment to equipment, here’s everything you need to know to feel ready for your plan.

  • What if my schedule is too busy during competition season?

    We get it. Shows, travel and riding multiple horses can make life unpredictable. That’s why workouts are short (20–30 minutes), flexible and built around your calendar so you can stay consistent without adding stress.

  • Do I need special equipment?

    Not at all. You can train effectively at home with just your bodyweight and if you have equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands at home, we can include those in your workouts.

  • What if I prefer gym training over home workouts?

    That’s totally up to you. During onboarding, you’ll choose how you like to train — gym, home, cardio, or mobility and your plan adapts to match. No matter which option you prefer, every session is built to improve your riding performance, not just general fitness.

  • Will this make me sore or tired before I ride?

    No. Every workout is designed to support your performance — not take away from it. Sessions build stability, focus and recovery without leaving you stiff or drained before a ride.

  • How quickly will I feel results in the saddle?

    Many riders notice more stability, focus, and energy within 2–3 weeks.
