From time commitment to equipment, here’s everything you need to know to feel ready for your plan.
Do I need special equipment?
Nope. Most workouts can be done with just your bodyweight at home. If you have dumbbells or bands, great, the app will adapt your plan to use them.
I’ve been off for 6+ months. Is this still right for me?
Only 20–30 minutes, 3x a week. You can adjust the plan to your schedule as needed. The goal is consistency, not burnout. You’ll know exactly what to do each session just open the app and follow the plan.
What if I’ve lost all my fitness?
That’s exactly what this plan is for. We’ll start you at the right level and build you up gradually, so you feel progress without the soreness or overwhelm that usually makes riders quit.
How fast will I see results?

No problem, during onboarding, you’ll tell us how you like to train. Whether that’s gym, home, mobility or cardio, your plan will be built around what you enjoy and what actually supports your riding.
