Hi There!

my name is Laura and I'm so happy to see you here

I believe that instead of telling riders they need to do workouts, we should focus on making it simple to know what each rider as individual needs and how to make workout plans that actually fit into the busy equestrian lifestyle.

My background is in sports physiotherapy, performance coaching and mental coaching – and I’ve been riding since I was 5 years old.

With EQUESTRAIN App we want to bring better performance coaching accessible to every rider who wants to have individualized, science backed and sports specific support in their journey to becoming better as a rider.
