EQUESTRAIN partners up with RideSum to use AI tools to showcase the power of rider’s individualized workout plans

From the very beginning we’ve believed in the power of tailoring the workouts specifically for riders combining deep insights from equestrian sports, sports physiotherapy and sports performance coaching. But tailoring workouts for riders is just touching the surface for us. We want to be able to build this coaching platform where each rider gets individualized help to have to most impactful positive change in how they feel in the saddle.

“We strongly believe in the power of seeing each rider as an individual and being able to offer tools that really make the most impactful positive change in how rider feels in the saddle. This step we took this summer being now able to use AI tools to analyze rider’s seat and to showcase the power of individualized workouts is huge for us and we can’t thank RideSum enough for believing in our vision and partnering up with us.”, Laura explains the direction in which they are developing the Equestrain App.

RideSum AI seat analysis is revolutionary Swedish innovation that analyses rider’s seat making the progress trackable and it helps riders to understand the imbalances that are often difficult to see, especially if you’re not riding with a trainer multiple times a week.

“Analyzing riding and seeing riders ride is crucial part of helping them to improve. First we need to understand their individual needs and where they might struggle and only then we can choose the best workouts and movements for them. What one rider might need can be a total opposite of what someone else seeds.”, Laura explains the importance of keeping the riding in the central focus when planning workouts. “And the problem is that I can’t analyze hundreds of riding videos myself so partnering up with RideSum really is a dream come true for us. And in exchange, we can help their customers with individually chosen workouts that help to improve their seat.”

RideSum AI seat analysis is free for EQUESTRAIN App members when they join the platform, after their 6 week training program and every 3 months as part of recently built loyalty program. EQUESTRAIN members can analyze in total of 4 videos at a time which gives them deeper insights than only one analysis.

“This is just a beginning for us and we are excited to see what the future will bring. This year has been wild up until this moment and there is still 4 months to go and we’re going to give it our all to inspire and especially to support young riders on their journey.”, Laura smiles looking back their first international year.

It sure has been a big one so far.
